Exploring the wonders of the historical region of Jura with its unique wine styles and indigenous varieties through iconic producers.We will taste in Jura fashion, the perfumed reds first and then move on to comparing ouille and sous voile Chardonnay and Savagnin to explore this modern interpretation of the region. Finishing with an old vintage 1986 Chateau-Chalon by legend Marius Perron. As it should, we have Comte cheese for the tasting!
