Founded in 1999 by Christophe Baron, the estate has played a pivotal role in establishing the region’s reputation for cool-climate Syrah and Bordeaux varietals. Spread across distinct sites in the stony, basalt-soiled valleys and hills, Cayuse’s small-lot vineyards showcase remarkable expressions of terroir and we are excited to be representing his wines in Hong Kong.
