The phenomenal dinner will include the 2020 release and some cellared bottles of Marks distinguished wines from Clos du Vougeot to his now domaine-owned vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin. Mark continues to be one of the most significant micro-negotiants in Burgundy and what a delight to have his Australian perspective on Burgundy to be shared with us in an evening with great 5-course meal to taste through Marks favourite wines.
